The latest printing of this book is dated December 7, 2022 on the title page of the book.

Version 3 of Mathematical Reasoning: Writing and Proof is only a minor revision of Version 2.1. The main change is that the Preview Activities in Version 2.1 have been renamed so they are now beginning activities. Learn more about the changes. Both books can be used in the same class.

Version 2.1 was the recipient of the inaugural Daniel Solow Author's Award in 2017 from the Mathematical Association of America.
